This value set is available IEEE ( as well as at!hrosetta through NIST's Rosetta Terminology Mapping Management System which has a Royalty Free Agreement with IEEE to make the terminology [specifically five attributes: Reference ID, Terminology Code, Description, Systematic Name, and Common Term] available for development of IEEE 11073 compliant products.
